DescriptionCommittee appointed by minute of Council of 7 December 1893 where ' The memorial concerning the Catalogue of Scientific Papers, deferred from the meeting of November 2, was again brought up, and the following gentlemen were appointed a Committee to consider the same, and to report thereupon to the Council - the President and Officers, Professor Armstrong, Mr Horace Brown, Mr Christie, Professor G H Darwin, Professor Kankester, Professor McLeod, Mr Mond, Professor Rucker, Mr Salvin, Mr Topley, and Professor Vines.
