Entertainment for delegates - after discussion agreed to arrange visits to the British Museum, Bloomsbury; The Natural History Museum; The Victoria and Albert Museum; The Zoological Gardens; Kew Gardens. Further opportunites to be arranged for the National Physical Laboratory and Hampton Court Palace, the principal Art Collection and public buildings, such visits to be arranged on a topographical basis and accompanied by Fellows.

Fellows of the Zoological Society to be inattendance as guides; special guides to be provided at the National Physical Laboratory.

Agreed that Directors fo the official Museums be asked to allow the heads of Departments to give special attention to parties of delegates.

Agreed all the events outlined on the above programmebe open on both the vacant mornings of the Celebrations week.

' Resolved - That separate cards be printed to be handed to delegates for each item in the above programme, and that a circular be issued to the delegates announcing the arrangements outllined above. '
