1. Read minutes of Council of 24 January and 21 February 1907 appointing the Committee

2. Discussed a memorandum by Mr Saunder with reference to the co-ordination of Lunar nomenclature

3. Discussed the relationship of the International Association with the International Union for Solar Research and the Chairman explained to the Committee the difficulties which had arisen at Vienna.

4. Resolved to recommend the Council of th Royal Society 'That Mr Saunders memorandum with reference to the co-ordination of Lunar nomenclature be adopted by the Council as an instruction to the Royal Society's delegates and forwarded in advance to the Directing Academy of the Association.

That with reference to the question before the Association of co-operating with the International Union for Solar Research the Council instruct the Royal Society's delegates not to press the nomination by the International Assocition of a member of the Solar Union in the event of this proposal meeting with substantial opposition from other academies.'

5. Resolved ' To recommend that the appointment of delegates to the General Assembly be made as soon as practicable and notified to the Directing Academy of Vienna.'

6. Resolved ' That the delegates of the 'British Academy' be invited to attend the next meeting of this Committee.'
