1. Confirmned nimutes of meeting on 12 December

2. Bermuda - ' Statement by Chairman on on work which had been carried out in Bermuda, and consideration was thereupon given to the question of the future policy to be adopted.. Resolved - that (i) the Admiralty be approached through the Hydrographer of the Royal Navy, in order to ascertain if the naval authorities have any use for the "Culver"; and that (ii) in the event of a negative reply being received from the Admiralty the Chairman be authorized to approach the Percy Sladen Trustees to enquire if they will become responsible for the maintenance of the ship for the period of the war.

3. Dr H B Moore's Salary - Approval was given for the payment of Dr H B Moore's salary for the Month of July 1941

4. Symons Memorial Lecture - Dr J N Carruthers undertook to send offprints of the Symons Memorial Lecture for distribution to the committee. '
