That Col Bruce should prepare an estimate of the probable cost of a year's investigation. 6. That reports from the Governor of Uganda and from Capt Grey on the progress of anti-sleeping sickness measures be published. 7. Consideration of despatches from a government bacteriologist working in the East Africa Protectorate, and reports of the Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine's sleeping sickness expedition. 8. Noting of a letter from Dr Dunbar Brunton offering his services. p4-5.
