Signing of last meeting's minutes. 2. Resolution to print and distribute all previous and future minutes. 3. Consideration of a the Chairman's statement outlining the investigation to date. 4. Resolution to publish Part IV of the Report of the Mediterranean Fever Comission. 5. Resolution to recommend that the investigation be continued to the Colonial Office. 6. Consideration of the inability of Major Horrocks and Staff-Surgeon Shaw to remain in Malta due to poor health, and the recommendation that the Director General of the Army Medical Services, together with the Director of the Royal Navy, be asked to appoint officers to continue Lieut Col Davies' work and to replace Major Horrocks with Major McNaught. 7. Acceptance of J Eyre's services again. 8. Increasing of staff expenditure to £800. 9. Circulation of a scheme of criticism and suggestions. 10. Resolution that the Chairman and C J Martin look into vaccine experiments in Malta. 11. A letter from the Colonial Office asking how long a health official would need to stay in Malta to carry out the committee's recommendations. 12. Resolution to draft a letter to the Colonial Office outlining the outcome of investigations and the connection to goat's milk. 13. Consideration of a statement by J Eyre on experiments with serum from horses. 14. Recommendation that Col Bruce visit Malta in the spring. pp31-6.
