' Mr Phillips sent an excuse being obliged to be out of town.

The Committee proceeded to number the fish to Number 79 and then examined the fish of the Soft kind, the Star fish and Crustaceous fish to Number 94. And adjourned to Tuesday next at the same hour and ordered the Shells to be laid before them. '
