Committee business including the approval of last meeting's minutes -- passing of a resolution that it would not be necessary to provide supplementary rations for pregnant and nursing women so long as the suggested ration was forthcoming -- passing of a resolution that the needs of heavy workers were not met on the proposed ration, and appointment of a sub-committee to investigate -- amendments of a memo urging the greater use of potatoes by the home army -- approval of a memo urging the fast consumption of the potato crop to save consumption of cereals.
