DescriptionGives the recommendation of the Inter Allied Scientific Food Commission that all countries establish a National Nutrition Laboratory -- describes the history of the Food Committee and the hindrance it has faced in dealing with food questions 'by the lack of accurate information' -- stresses the need for a Nutrition Research Board and other suggestions on the organisation of nutrition research.
