Matters discussed;
1. Secretary stated he had furnished a brief statement of accounts and a short report to the Govenment Grants Committee[Report attached at end of minutes]

2. Discussion on report by Professor Bonney of report by Mr Hidley, published by the authorities of the Australian Museum and corresondence leading to it. Proposed by Geikie, seconded by Mr Wolfe Barry, that ' a report on this matter, accompanied by a copy of the instructins furnished to Professor Sollas, be laid before the Concil of the Royal Society. '

3. With regard to the collections, the matter was referred to the Chairman to act according to his discretion after consulting Professor Michael Foster.

4. Secretary reported the reimbursement of expenses to Professor Anderson Stuart and Professor David

5. Secretary instucted to get not less than £4-15-0 per carat, and if possible achieve £5
