1. Mintes of last meeting read and confirmed

2. Read telegram from Professor Stuart of 17 February 1896 concerning supplies

3. Arrangement made between Chairman, Secretary and Professor David regarding the calyx drill as st out on 20 February confirmed [Details listed in minutes]

4. Secretary instructed to telegraph Mr Slee he is to ' make four steel cutters for drill at our expense. '

5. Secretary to check if Sir Saul Samuel would be willing to help in forwarding the Carbonados to Sydney, as these would arrive too late for transmission by ordinary means. If necessary could comunicate with Messrs Robarts, Lubbock or Professor Stirling i Adelaide

6. Reported on money placed at the disposal of the Committee by the Royal Society. Prorfessor Foster asked to arrange another £100 as an advance

7. Instructions were drawn up for the information and guidance of Professor Sollas in conducting the expedition. [Listed in detail]
