Matters discussed;
1. Purchase of 93 and one eighth carats of Carbonados at a hundred and twenty five shilling per carat by Mr Wolfe Barry reported

2. Committee will need to request a further £200 from the Royal Society to pay for the diamonds for boring

3. Mr Gulland to be asked to tak £300 on account for the time being so Messrs Robarts, Lubbock could transmit £150 to Professor Sollas at Sydney for his requirements there

4. Secretary to make arrangements with the bankers and with providing Professor Sollas with cash for his voyage.

5. Three cheques authorised, total of £484-10-4

6. A detailed financial analysis presented. [Listed in detail]

7. Authorisation for Bank to cash Professor Sollas' cheques at Sydney drawn up and sent to Bankers.
