Matters discussed;
1. General terms of the trust, and Sir Alfred's desires very carefully considerd
2. Discussion on obtaining precise knowledge of the abilities of Sir Alfred Yarrow's descendents, and their precise financial position, and agreed ' to approach Lady Dawson with a view to obtaining a complete list of the descendents, and some indication of the education of those under 22 years of age and any difficulties in the way of proper education.' Sir Walter Fletcher to approach Lady Dawson, and when list complete to hold another meeting. Preliminary conversation with Lady Dawson had indicated she knew no case of great urgency at the moment
3. Reported that after sale of secutrities for payment of Succession Duty, capital of the Fund was £13,657 - 12 - 5 Australia 6% Stock 1931-41
