Matters discussed;
1. Treasurer presented a statement of the Fund, estimated expenditure to 31 October 1935, and estimate of probable income and expenditure for twelve months Novembe 1935 to October 1936. All approved
2. Approved grant of £200 to Mr Norman Yarrow, being the first instalment of the £600 grant previously authorised in April 1934
3. Two payments of £25 each as honoraria for year ending 31 October to Trustees approved.
4. After considering estimates for 1935-1936, it was resolved ' To transfer £500 from the surplus standing to the credit of the Fund at this date to the Yarrow Fund for scientific work. '
