Resolved;
1. The estimates sent by Professor Haddon for the porposed Memoir on Chitons be approved
2. The increased estimate for the Memoir on Lamellibranch Shells sent in by Mr SMith be approved with some conditions
3. Mr Murray authorized to make preliminary arrangements with Dr Hertwig for a supplement to his Memoir on Actinia

Reported by Mr Murray that Mr Beddard had replaced Mr Horsely as assistant.
