Information received from the Treasury regarding the two lists in thier previous letter [Minutes 2 November] reported by the junior Secretary , ' List A being the list sent i by the Royal Society in 1881, and List B a list compiled by Mr Murray but given in by the late President at an interview which took place at the Treasury in June 1882. ' [Printed copy of both lists pasted into the minutes] List discussed, and alterations listed. A printed copy of the lists united with the amendments and alterations, pasted into the minutes.

Secretary to write to Mr Leonard Courtney of the Treasury embodying those decisions. Transcript copy of the letter included in the minutes.
