List of proposed presentation copies was reconsidered; some confirmed, and it was agreed to make further enquiries relating to three institutions. List of confirmed institutions to be sent to the Treasury.

Committe adjourned to 13 July 1895.
Secretary ' obtained by correspondence with the several members fo the Committee an approval of the list as it appears below as well of the subjoined report. List and Report were approved by the President and Council, and sent to the Treasury. After it had been sent it was found that Columba College already possessed the report, and the Secretry accordingly wrote to the Secretary of the Treasury suggesting that the name of that College shuold be rmoved from the list. '

Printed account of the Report of the Challenger Comittee was presented in a draft letter to HM Treasury dated 6 July 1895, and the lost of institutions to be presented with a copy, which was adopted pasted into minutes

Confirmed Treasury enquiry as to whether there was any objection to a set of reports given to the Library, Bristol, and the Society's agreement to the deposit.

Letter received from Treasury in reply to theirs of 6 July (above) regarding other peresentations

Secretary presented a draft reply of 1 November 1895 which circulted around the members and then sent direct tot he Treasury . [Copy of letter bound into the minutes]
