Voted that the draft of the new agreed upon Statute, about supplying one or two vacant places in the Council, pass into a Law, as recorded in the Journal for 5 February 1667

Ordered, that the Treasurer pays Mr Hook what appears to be due to him, upon the balance of the account now presented. [Lists all items presented by Mr Hook, total £114 - 3 - 4d]

Memorandum, that the payment of Mr Hook for the future to be considered at the next meeting.

Sir Anthony Morgan to draw up the form of the particulars to he added to the Charter, and to present them to the Council when he is ready.

Sir Anthony Morgan is also to draw up a Deed of Gift, concerning the Library presented by Mr Howard to the Society.
