Mr Palmer was asked to make enquiries of lawyers whether more than one Vice-President of the Society could be sworn at the same time

The 1, 3, 4 and 5th Statutes of the 3d Chapter and the 1, 2, 3, and 4th Statutes of the 8th Chapter passed the first time.

Ordered to make a Statute, that the President shall not preside in any Council or committee transacting any business where he is a party.

Mr Ashmole was thanked for presenting the Society with a picture of their Arms.
