Ordered that the amanuensis take care constantly to provide good paper, pens and ink, for the meetings fo the Society and Council

The Treasurer's accounts were further considered, and the President undertook to set down the result to be recorded.

Ordered that an Inventory be made of the goods of the Society, from the Journals of the Society and the Bills of Payment made by the Treasurer; and that to this end, Mr Hill peruse those bills, to see what things the Society had paid for, and the Amanuensis to look over the Journal, to see what books and other things had been presented to the Society.

The 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5th Statutes of the third Chapter; and the 1, 2, 3 and 4th Statutes of the eighth Chapter passed with a few alterations the second time.

Resolved that Dr Power be exempted from all payments.

Resolved that Dr Pope be exempted from all payments fromt he time pase, and pay half, after his return.

Resolved that Mr Pell pay for the future; concerning which, Dr Wilkins was asked to speak to him, which he promised to do.
