The form of the Summons for returning to the weekly mmetings was read again. Decided to omit the names of the persons that are to entertain the Society. Wording of the Summons given, and ordered to be printed.

The form for a new Subscription, drawn up by the Attorney General, was read and approved. Ordered that Sir Robert Southwell be thanked for his efforts in procuring it, and he was to be asked to pass on to the Attorney General the Society's thanks.

The Declaration formerly drawn up by Sir William Petty and Dr Goddard was read again, and it was memntioned that Sir Robert Southwell had taken a copy of it to shew to the Lord Keeper.

Two Propositions were mentioned again, one by Sir William Petty relating to the investing of the £400, the other by Sir Jonas More concerning the letting of Chelsey [Chelsea] College. Decided that both propositions should be put forward in writing.

A Memorandum [agenda] for the business at the next meeting was listed;
1. About printing the form for new Subscriptions
2. Sending out one to call in money
3. Renewing the Order for the Treasurer's Deputation.
4. What to do with the Declaration.
5. To consider more on Entertainers of the Society.
