A committee of the Council was appointed to audit the accounts, consisting of the President, the two Secretaries, Dr Goddard and Mr Hoskins.

The new form of legal Subscription for the weekly payments was again discussed; it was thought necessary to make a Statute concerning this. (Wording recorded)

The President put to the vote the proposal that this draft form should be read at another meeting; affired, with two nemine contradicente.

Memorandum;
To enquire of Sir Willliam Petty whether he had engaged and taken security form the Collector of Arrears.
To ask of Mr Hook whether he had viewed the place in Hog Lane.
To secure more persons for giving experimental discourses after St Andrew's Day.
To mention Dr Plots proposal, recommended by Dr Wallis to the Council.
