Ordered that the Declaration with the form of the new Bond annexed be printed so a proof may be ready for the next Council meeting.

Ordered that Mr Barlow be accepted as Collector of Arrears after he has given a Bond of £100 for security, and tht he be allowed twelve pence in the pound. TYhis to be declared to him by the President in the name of the Council. This was done accordingly.

Those present at the Council sealed the new Bond.

Mr Hook was asked again to make a report by the next Council of his viewing of the houses and lands at Moorefields proposed by Sir William Petty for employing the £400 legacy.

Memorandum, that those that were at the Council subscribed to the new Obligation for paying 52 shillings a yea rwith the reserve, that in case the number of the Subscribers do not amount to 50 between this time and the next Our Lady Day, those that have actually subscribed shall be free from the obligation.
