Mr Hill reported on behlf of Sir John Lowther and Sir John Banks concerning the disposing of the £400 legacy on fee farm rents. They had found three payable from Lewes in Sussex (from the estate fo the Earl Marshall) in total of £24 per annum. Consideration of this was referred to the next Council.

Various members of the Council named the days when they would provide a discourse for the Society. [Names and dates listed].

Sir William Petty proposed a Mr Barlow as a fit person to collect the arrears due to the Society. Ordered that he be employed for that purpose, after giving a bond of £100 to Mr Daniel Colwall as Treasurer. Mr Barlow to receive orders from Mr Colwall as to the persons in arrears and the sums due from them. Mr Barlow to be allowed 12 pence per pound for all such sums which he collects and brings in.
