Dr Whistler mentioned a proposal to be made to the Council for disposing of Chelsea College. He was asked to have it in writing to be put to the next meeting of the Council.

Ordered the Amanuensis and the Operator to be more diligent in offering the printed Bonds to those as have not yet signed, between this and the next Council and that they should ask everyone of those they offer the bond to, to give their positive answer, whether they would sign or not.
