Mr Homes offered in the name of a friend to take on the lease of the house of Chelsea College for 30 years, laying out £400 in repairing it and paying £5 a year for the first fifteen years and ten pounds a year for the remaining fifteen years. On being asked to what use the house would be put, Mr Homes stated he had no authority from his friend to reply. The President stated that the Council would need to know before they proceeded.

The President mentioned that the Officers fo the Ordnance intended to make an offer to the Council regarding the same house.

Sir John Banks delivered the Indenture concerning the Fee Farm Rents of £24 a year in Lewes in Sussex; handed to Mr Colwall to keep.
