Mr Willugbys 'Ornithologiii' , Mr Evelyn's 'Discourse on Agriculture' and Signor Malpighi's 'Anotome Planatarum' were licenced.

The Council considered the persons who deserved to be expelled, and began with the following; Dr Lower, Dr Downes, Sir Edward Bysho, Mr Waller, Mr Slingsby.

Sir John Banks reported that the Committee of the East India Company had given Order to empty the North Gallery in Gresham College, and to return it to the Mercers from whom they had received it.
