Ordered that the President or his Deputy be asked to inform the Society on their approaching Anniversary Election Day, that they could not but take notice of some persons left out of the List, because they were found not to have performed their Obligation to the Society, and that therefore the Council intended to proceed against them according to the Statute. The names of those persons should then be publicly read, namely Dr Bruce, Mr Carkesse, Colonel Colepepper, Dr Downs, Dr Lower, Sir Thomas Not, Mr Slingsby, Sir Peter Pett.

Ordered that the President be asked to give directions to the Treasurer for demanding and receiving the rent of the £24 due for the £400 of the late Bishop of Chester.
