Resolved tht at the next meeting of thee Council the Statute of bylaw proposed for taking votes by a balloting box shall be read.
' For the more free and private giving of Votes at the Council of this Society. Bee it Ordered and it is Ordered that henceforth all votes in passing questions at Meetings of the Council shall be taken by a balloting boxe.'

Ordered that Mr Bernard have two Arabic books out of the Arundel Library, giving as security whatever Mr Hooke shall pprove for returning them within six months provided the Earl Marshall consents.

Ordered that Mr Boyle, Sir John Hoskins and Mr Hill or any two them visit the next morning the widow of Henry Oldenburg Esq. late Secretary of the Society and ' demand receive or take order for securing for the use of this Society all such Goods bookes and Writings belonging to this Society as are or have been in the possession of her, or of her late husband.'

Mr Hooke to agree with Mr Forster for making the Catalogue of the Arundel Library, and that what he agrees be paid for by the Treasurer.
