Ordered Sir Christopher Wren to make the following proposals to Monsieur Fobert concerning Chelsey College and to give an account of it to the next meeting of the Council;

The accomodations desired shall be provided by Our Lady Day next.
The Lease shall be made for Twenty one years, the first rent to be paid at Michaelmas 1680 for half a year.
The college and six acres belonging to it shall be valued at £40 per annum.
The Tenant shall pay ten per cent for the charge of fitting it over and above the said £40 per annum.
And shall either pay in £500 (for which £50 per annum shall be allowed him) or give good security for the rent.
