Mr Hill and Dr Gale reported on their meeting with Mr Poney concerning Monsieur Fauberts treaty about Chelsey [Chelsea] College, stating that Mr Poney still hoped tha Mr Faubert ' would get on with his Designe, ane that he would speak with Mr Faubert and REturn his positive Resolution upon that concerne. '

Dr Crone, Mr Hill Dr Gale Sir Christopher Wren and Mr Hooke or any three of them to have power to negotiate with Mr Rossington concerning Chelsey College. and if he accepts the same conditions as proposed by Mr Flaubert to reach agreement with him, otherwise to report their actions to the Caoncil.

Mr Hunt was asked what he would expect to be paid for employing all his time in the service of the Society; he stated that he would refer himself to the Council for his reward, but he had been informed that Mr Shortgrave had been allowed £50 per annum. Whereupon £40 per annum was offered in full settlement of all his work for the Society, the ten pounds already allowed him for hiswork being part of the sum, which he reradily accepted.
