Mr Henshaw to have full power and authority from the Society to make agreement with Mr Thomas Franklin for the arable ground belonging to the College of Chelsea at the rate of £32 per acre per annum for a term of 21 years, and in order to ascertain the quantity Mr Hunt is to measure it. Sir John Hoskins to be asked to get a Lease drawn up with the necessary provisions and covenants etc.

Ordered that a paper brought in by Mr Hill concerning the books of Mr Ent , given to the Society in his will, delivered to the Society by Mr Everard be in the form as recorded at this meeting [wordiong provided].

Agreed by the Council that a copy of this be delivered to Mr Evarard to be signed .

Ordered that the arrears of Mr Avery be considered and that for the future he will not be charged the usual payments.
