Read and approved a draft of a lease of the meadow and arable ground of Chelsey College to be let to Mr Francklin for 21 years from Christmas last. Mr Francklin was called in and acquainted with the conditions to which he agreed, but desired to take the lease to shew which when he had finished was to be returned to be engrossed and sealed.
