Mr Brereton and Sir Paul Neile were sworn Members of the Council

Mr Palmer reported that he had consulted with some able lawyers concerning the necessity of confirming the By-Laws of the Society by the Lords Justices, and they had considerd such a confirmation unnecssary.

Ordered that the arrears should be collected with an order - wording listed.
