Mr Sutcliffe asked for the payment of the £90 outstanding and was asked to have patience till the Attorney General had made a Report concerning the King's power of granting Chelsey College and the land belonging to it.

Sir Robert Moray reported that the Attorney General had appointed Saturday next to give a Report concerning the matter.
