1. Resolved that the Form following be offered to the King for his subscription;

Founder, Patron and One fo the Royal Society of London for improving Natural Knowledge '

2. Resolved tha the form following be offered to the Duke fo York and Prince Rupert for there subscriptions;

Fellos of the Royal Society.

3. Resolved that the form following be used for the subscription of benefactors;

' J (N.N.) give so much -------- '

Ordered, that Dr Goddard give directions for prparing a Book, to be called the Charter Book, where is failry to be written, a copy of the Charter, the Statutes, and the Register of the Fellows dn Benefactos fo the Society etc according as is provided by statute.

Ordered that Mr Hill speedily collects the arrears of the Society, and also those fo teh subscribers of Mr Hook, and that in the meantime he pays hm both what he has received already from the subscribers, and as soon as conveniently he can, the remainder due to him, the whole being eighty pounds ber annum.

Ordered that authority for printing Mr Horrox's manuscript is deferred until the President has read it and given his judgment concerning whether it is fit to print.

Ordered that the Committee which used to meet on Mondays in the afternoon at Dr Goddard's lodgings, stop until further order.

Ordered that Mr Hook prepare an Oration upon the account of Sir John Cutler's founding of a Mechanical Lecture; and, between this and the next meeting, think upon a method to proceed by, in his lectures, which upon the Council's approval he may give a hint of, in the Oration.

Ordered that the persons entrusted with the Chelsey College affair be asked to use their best endeavours to bring that business to a close.
