Ordered that Mr Hill bring in his accounts next day.

Ordered that the Lists fo the Society and Council be printed for the Anniversary Election day, and the Mr Hoar, Mr Godolphin, Mr Woodford and Mr Beale, though not yet admitted, be inserted.

Ordered that the Charter Book be made ready with all possible speed, to be presented to his Majesty.

Sir Anthony Morgan promised to draw up a Report for the Attorney General to sign, concerning his Majesty's power to give a Grant of Chelsey College.

Sir Paul Neile reported that Mr Coal had told him that he would by no means take any more from the Society for the five acres of land lying about Chelsey College that he could get from others, without any collusion; and that he would arrange for a lease to be drawn up for the Society to become his tenants.
