Ordered that Mr Sprat be asked to rake notice in his book of the Society, what is meant by their Council, when they grant an Imprimatur; and to draw up a draft concerning it, and offier it to the Council.

Ordered that the President be asked to licence the fourthe tract of the 'Philosophical Transactions' written in six written sheets of paper in folio

Ordered that Mr Hook be urged to prosecute the grinding of glass by his new engine.

Mr Hook proposed to the Council, that he had a way of making a short object -glass draw as much longer, as should be desired.
