' Mr Shirley and Dr Grieg were proposed for Members, Balloted and approved.

It was moved by Mr Bridgman that the Statute relating to the Weekly payments of the Members fo the Society should be put in Execution which was agreed to, and that the Members of the Society should have Notice fo it.

It was Ordered that Mr Charles Bernard the Treasurer and Secretary's The professors of Gresham College Mr Doudy Dr Grew Dr Havers, Mr Houghton, Mr Moult, the Duke of Norfolk, Mr Pettiver, the Bishop of Rochester, Mr Ray, Dr Slare, Dr Tyson, Dr Wallis should be Excused.

Dr Brown was proposed to be a Member of the Society. '
