' The Councell being informed by Dr Sloane that a Register book of the Society having been missing many years he had found it being offered him to sale, and that he had stopped it. The Councell desired him to take care to procure it for the Society.

The Deed of the fee farm rents bought of Sir John Banks being found, it was ordered that Mr Ilford would perhaps to take care of it and that the arrears should be receaved.

Mr Hicks, Dr Areskine Dr Mead, Dr Oliver and Dr Bregnius were proposed by Dr Sloane to be members of the Society.

Dr Woodward proposed Mr Morton.

Dr Laney proposed Sir Matthew Duddely.

Mr Bende proposed Mr Chadwick.

These Severall persons were balloted and approved by the Councell.

Mr Hunts bill for half a years salary from July last to January last was signed.

It was resolved that the Society should purchase a place of abode for themselves, and it was ordered by the Councell that Mr Isled, Mr Hill, Dr Tyson, Sir John Hoskyns, Dr Sloane, and the Treasurer should be a Committee to consider of a place to build on or buy and lay thier thoughts before the Society. '
