' The Minutes of the last Councell being read as to the fee farm Rent bought of Sir John Banks mentioned at the last Councell, Mr Isted being present was desired to procure some farther Information on that affair, and to inquire after some propoer Instrument for managing that affair.

Mr Roberts proposed the last Councell but one, Balloted and approved.

Mr Walker proposed the last Councell but one ballotted for and approved.

Dr Woodward said that having bought some of Dr Hookes Books he had found severall loose Manuscripts of his own hand in them which he was pleased to offer the sight of to the Councell of the Royal Society if they may be found usefull to explain any of his writings. '
