' It was ordered upon complaint of some irregular proceedings att the Meetings of the Society and unjust reflections cast upon some of the Members particularly by Dr Woodward, that the Members of the Society be admonisht when he is present that if any members of the Society shall hereafter cast reflections on the Society or any of the Fellows thereof, the Statute concerning Ejection shall be taken into consideration, and the Statute about Ejections shall be read this afternoon before such admonition.

Thwe Count de Briancon was proposed, balloted for and Chosen a Candidate to be proosed a member of the Society.

Mr Hunts Salary from the 14th of July 1705 to the 14th of January last was ordered to be paid him. '
