' The President proposed that every person to be brought into the Society, shall before they be admitted, subscribe and seal a bond as was formerly customary, for the weekly payments besides paying their admission money. The proosal was agreed to.

The same proposed that those Members allready admitted who have not sealed bonds shall be called upon to seal them which was likewise agreed to. '
