' Dr Tyson wa sworn of the Copuncill.

Sir David Hamilton was balloted for , and approved of to be a Member of the Society.

Dr Sloane haveing acquainted the Councill of a Piece of Ground on which Bedford-House stood in Convent Garden, that was very convenient for the Society to build on; the Council desired that he would inquire nto the same, and know if the Right of Inheritance thereof could be purchased.

Mr Hunt was ordered to be paid £20 being half a years Salary due January 14, 1707 [1708]

The Bill of Law Charges relating to the Fee-farm Rents was referred to the next Councill. Ordered that Mr Serjeant Bernard be desired to inquire of the Lord Guernsey if he knows any Proof of the Payment of the Fee farm Rents in Sussex.

The Councill was adjourned to half an hour after 3 a'clock in the after-noon.

Ordered that Dr Harwood be desired to inspect Dr Croon's will; and that Dr Sloane and Dr Tyson be appointed a Committee to wait on the College of Physicians concerning Dr Croon's Legacy, in order that the same may be settled in Trustees jointly chosen. '
