' Mr Moreland and Mr Savery were sworn of the Councill.

The President proposed, that all that are in arrear above a Year, unless they be Noblemen or excused by the Councell should pay one Years Contributions to Michaelmasse last, and so doing should be continued, otherways struck out in the next Years List against the Elections on Saint Andrew's day 1709. This was referred to the next Councill.

Dr Papin offered to endeavour to show some new Experiments to the Society, and to leave his Gratification to the Councell. It was referred to the next Councell. '
