' It was Ordered that if any Member of the Society shall, in the Council, or at any Meeting of the Society, speak words reflecting upon any other Member; the President, or any Vice-President then present, be hereby impowered to order the Member offending to withdraw: and that the said Member do upon pain of Expulsion, withdraw, and thenceforth forbear coming to the Council and Meetings of the Society untill he shall be readmitted by Order of the Councill.

Mr Bianchi, Mr Wolfius, and Mr Joseph Barnes were Balloted for to be Members, the first was rejected, the two later chosen. '
