' The Statute relating to the List of the Society was read, and the Question was put that the Draught of the said Statute shall passe for a Law. It was Ballotted for, and all were Affirmatives.

The Statute, or supposed Statute, proposed January 22, 1706: was considered of; and the Question was proposed whether the said Statute shall be repealed. It was Ballotted for, and all were Affirmatives except one.

Ordered that the Nine hundred pounds advanced by Mr Colliler shall be charged to the Treasurers Accounts as received from Mr Collier, and paid towards the Purchase of the Houses. This was Ballotted for, and all the Votes were Affiirmatives.

Mr Hill, Mr Roberts, and Dr Mead were proposed, ballotted for, and chosen Auditors of the Accounts.

Mr Machen, Mr Brigstock, Mr Tanner, and Dr Johannes Poleni were proposed to be Members of the Society. They were Ballotted for, and approved of to be chosen Members of the Society. '
