Present: Sir John Hoskins President; Mr Creed; Mr Henshaw; Mr Hill; Dr King; Sir Anthony Dean; Dr Slare; Dr Meridith; Mr Aston

' Ordered that the Secretary's take all their Minutes at the Table, in a small Book which shall remain to the Society.

Ordered, That a Committee be appointed every month for the overlooking the Entry's to be made in the Journal and other Books of the Society. That Mr Hill Dr Slare and Mr Perry or any two of them take care of the first Month.

A Bill of things bought of Mr Chiswell was referred to Mr Perry to examine and make Report thereof to the next Councill. '
