' It was Ordered that Mr Hunt should come to Crane Court, and take possession of the House, and discharge the present Person in it, paying him after the rate of twenty Pounds per annum according to the agreement with him; and Mr Papin do remove his Apparatus for Experiments out of the Kitchen, which will be necessary for Mr Hunt.

Mr Hunt's Salary from January the 14th 1710 to Julyl the 14th 1711 being Twenty Pounds, was ordered to be paid.

It was ordered that Mr Hunt pay the Queens and Parish Taxes for the House in Crane Court. '
