' The Diploma for Prince Menzicoff's drawn up by Mr Waller was with an Amendment ordered to be engrossed and the Letter drawn up to accompany it was also approved.

The President haveing received a Letter from Mr Chamberlayn inclosing one from Mr Leibnitz whereby Mr Leibnitz asks a favour of Royal Society, it was ordered that Mr Chamberlayn have Notice of the next Council that he may lay before them the said request. '
